What are the shipping options?

At this point in time New Creation Art Studio is only offering UPS Ground delivery. At this time shipping is offered within the US only, if you are international send me a message and we can talk about options. Packages usually ship 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and Saturdays.



What do I do if I received a defective order?

If your purchase arrives damaged in any way, please take pics of the damaged packaging and/or damages to the piece itself within 5 days of delivery. Text pics to 715.470.7658 or email newcreationartstudio@gmail.com. Upon review, I would be happy to make any repairs to the best of my ability. Please ship package out within 7 days post delivery. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.



How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

The easiest and most effecient way to contact me is via email (newcreationartstudio@gmail.com), where I aim to reply back within 48 hours.



How do I care for my paper mache art piece?

This paper mache artwork has been sealed with clear sealant for protection of the surface. Dry dusting is the best method for cleaning in order to maintain the integrity of this artwork, however if necessary, use a slightly damp rag to gently clean surface. Reminder! Paper mache does not like dampness, even with sealant. Keep paper mache artwork dry and in rooms that do not have excessive moisture.
